Freshman Year Housing Accommodations

Freshman housing assignments are made by New Undergraduate Housing. Refer to the Approaching Stanford site for specific questions regarding housing for incoming students.

For incoming freshman with disabilities who contact the OAE and submit medical documentation, the OAE collaborates with New Undergraduate Housing to arrange for a student’s disability related needs to be addressed.

Students should contact the OAE as soon as possible as timely notice is needed to coordinate accommodations.  Similarly, it is the student's responsibility to notify the OAE as early as possible as to any problems experienced in the obtaining of housing accommodations and services.
