Freshman housing assignments are made by New Undergraduate Housing.
For incoming frosh with disabilities who contact the OAE and submit medical documentation, the OAE collaborates with New Undergraduate Housing to arrange for a student’s disability related needs to be addressed.
Students should contact the OAE as soon as possible, as timely notice is needed to coordinate accommodations. Similarly, it is the student's responsibility to notify the OAE as early as possible of any problems experienced in obtaining housing accommodations and services.
