Shalvena Sharma

Hi there! My name is Shalvena Sharma (She/Her) and I am delighted to join the Alternate Format crew here at the OAE. I come to this team with a background in higher education digital accessibility where I frequently remediated academic materials to be more accessible. This experience will complement my work here as an Alternate Format Specialist where I look forward to expanding on my prior skill set and supporting students in their academic ventures by fostering an accessible learning environment.

In my free time, I am often enjoying my dog’s company and watching/reading anything in the genre of mystery/suspense. I love trying new foods and am always on the hunt for new restaurants and bakeries.
