Lisa Radloff

Hello! My name is Lisa Radloff (she/her). I joined the alt format & assistive technology team as their manager in August, 2025. I've most recently come from CVS Health as Director of Inclusive Design but I previously worked at the Stanford Graduate School of Business for nearly 17 years in many different capacities including UX Design, Design Thinking, Business Analysis and Accessibility. I am thrilled to be back at Stanford joining this team of world class experts. I feel passionately about being an advocate on behalf of people with disabilities and working toward providing equitable access for disabled Stanford students.

 Outside of work, I volunteer on several nonprofit boards, scuba dive, do DIY projects, adopt cats, hike, read, travel, and cook.
