The professional staff members of the Office of Accessible Education have diverse educational and experiential backgrounds in services for students with disabilities. The professional staff are available to answer questions and provide resources for students with disabilities at Stanford University, as well as to faculty and staff with questions about the disability accommodation process.

OAE Leadership

The Office of Accessible Education leadership have over 100 years of combined experience in disability services and higher education to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on University policies.

Accommodations & CTC Team

The Accommodation and Centralized Testing Center (CTC) team coordinates to facilitate and deliver many of the academic accommodations approved by the Office of Accessible Education. 

Alternate Format Production Team

The Alternate Format Production team converts your books and course materials into the format you need, including Braille, large print, tactile graphics, HTML and more.

Disability Advising Team

Disability Advisers (DAs) work directly with students to understand their disability experiences, determine appropriate accommodations, and facilitate barrier removal with campus partners, in coursework, and student housing.

Operations Team

The Operations Team is the Office of Accessible Education's first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff. We guide students through registration, answer inquiries, and connect them to their Disability Adviser and other campus resources.
